Tuesday 15th of November (Theme of the day: overwiew on conservation volunteering in each country and best practices)

16.00hrs “World Café” - best examples of conservation volunteering in every country

Wednesday 16th of November (Theme of the day: consentrating on quality volunteer management first and then again examples from your own field, nature)

9.00hrs Quality volunteer Management – what is it and how do you do it? Workshop on a path to quality volunteer management held by Estonia. From the results of the workshop quality volunteer management guidelines will be created.
